We are pleased to invite you to another Bocuse d'Or Lithuania dinner. This time our guest is extremely talented chef Fabien Ferré. Our very own chef Vytautas Alekna has created a collaborative tasting dinner menu with Fabien Ferré and will be working alongside each other to deliver magnificent culinary creations.

PORTRAIT OF THE CHEF

Working alongside Christophe Bacquié (Guide Michelin 3* chef) for the past 10 years as his second-in-command, Fabien Ferré became the new Executive Chef of the 5* Hotel & Spa du Castellet (restaurant La Table du Castellet and bistro Le San Felice).

Fabien Ferré began his adventure at the Hotel & Spa du Castellet in August 2013, as Sous-Chef. Very quickly his determination and creativity lead him to evolve. He participated in cooking competitions and won the Trophée de l'Espoir de l'Année 2014 organized by Le Chef magazine. In 2018, the restaurant Christophe Bacquié was awarded a 3rd Michelin star, the same year he was a finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France de cuisine competition, a further step towards excellence.

From his Burgundian roots, Fabien Ferré has retained an unconditional love for quality products, good wines and a taste for generosity!

Today, his heart is drawn to the Mediterranean and Provence. The sea, fresh seafood, sun-drenched fruit and vegetables. That's what cooking is all about for him! A gastronomy with a local identity that celebrates and enhances the Provençal terroir. A cuisine that is both striking and delicate, focused on the essential... the product!
